Marketing Assistant – Exeter  – Permanent
💰 Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)
📍 Location: Exeter  (with hybrid and flexible working)

As they continue to grow, our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic Creative and Digital team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Content & Campaigns – Support the creation of compelling content for digital, print, and social platforms
✔ Social Media – Help manage the firm’s social channels, including scheduling and engagement
✔ Email & Website – Create and distribute eNewsletters, update website pages, publish articles and client stories
✔ Marketing Collateral – Produce brochures, branded materials, and graphics using in-house tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
✔ Event Support – Assist in organising events, sponsorships, and professional relationship activities
✔ Research & Insight – Conduct competitor analysis and monitor digital trends to inform campaigns
✔ Team Collaboration – Work closely with legal teams, partners, and other internal stakeholders to deliver marketing goals

What We’re Looking For:
💡 A proactive, creative self-starter with a strong interest in marketing, digital content, and communications
💡 Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and a flair for writing
💡 Confidence using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) is a bonus
💡 A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude and an eagerness to learn
💡 Ideally, a degree or relevant marketing qualification – but passion and potential matter most
